Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Social Media & E-commerce Live Specialist / Executive for our Indonesia Market. This hybrid role is perfect for a multi-talented digital native who is equally confident in front of the camera and behind the scenes of e-commerce platforms.
You will be the face and voice of our brand during live commerce sessions, while managing our social media presence, creating engaging short-form content, and ensuring smooth backend store operations across Tokopedia, Shopee Indonesia, and Curaprox Indonesia Webshop.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Livestreaming & Hosting
• Lead and Host: Present high-performing livestream sessions across major e-commerce and social platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Meta).
• Drive Revenue: Utilize structured selling frameworks, bundle positioning, and strategic promotional sequencing to drive sales.
• Own Performance Targets: Take direct ownership of GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) targets, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).
• Campaign Anchoring: Act as the lead host during key mega-campaign periods and major platform sale days (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
• Brand Representation: Maintain strong audience engagement, foster community interaction, and represent the brand professionally on-camera.
2. Live Performance Optimization
• Data Review: Analyze post-live performance data and metrics to identify core areas for improvement.
• Script & Hook Refinement: Continuously refine selling scripts, opening hooks, and objection-handling techniques.
• Flow Management: Optimize product demonstration flows and time allocation within live sessions to maximize viewer retention.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and insights with team members to uplift overall livestream quality.
3. Content Creation & Asset Development
• Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and create engaging content for social media channels, specifically Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok.
• Content Extraction: Cut and edit high-performing short-form video clips from recorded livestream sessions for social media reuse.
• Video Editing: Handle basic video editing and content production to create a product demo library for showcases and affiliate support.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure all content output aligns with current marketing campaign priorities and broader commercial goals.
4. Store Operations & Affiliate Enablement
• Platform Management: Manage backend seller shops, product listings, and understand logistics workflows for Shopee, Tokopedia, and Shopify.
• Affiliate Support: Enable and prepare affiliate creators and guest streamers with product insights, key selling points, and demo directions.
• Studio Excellence: Ensure studio readiness, technical setup (lighting, audio, camera), and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
• Livestream Staging: Handle basic livestream setup, including arranging the background, adjusting the ring light/lighting, and positioning the product table for a clean broadcast appearance.
• Reporting: Maintain strict discipline in performance tracking, reporting, and asset organization.
Skills & Experience Required
• On-Camera Confidence: Proven experience as a live stream host, content creator, or presenter with a strong, engaging on-camera presence.
• Commercial Mindset: Strong commercial selling capability in live or digital retail environments.
• E-Commerce Literacy: Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre, Tokopedia Seller App, and logistics workflows. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
• Content Production: Proficiency in basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and short-form video production.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze live performance data and operational metrics to adjust execution strategies on the fly.
• Adaptability: High accountability, ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency in paid social and digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics tools
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent organisational, communication, and project management abilities
