Requirement :
- Male, aged 25–33, with a minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Design Communication Visual, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Content Strategist or Social Media Supervisor, preferably in FMCG or beauty industry
- Proven portfolio of successful campaigns and viral content, with strong expertise in content strategy and copywriting (awareness, engagement, and conversion)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter algorithms, as well as social media analytics tools for content optimization
- Strong leadership skills, creative yet data-driven, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment, and up to date with the latest social media trends
Job Description:
- Develop and execute end to end content strategies (brand awareness, engagement, conversion) across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and marketplaces
- Build and maintain HAUFF’s brand vision on social media, including content calendar planning, posting schedules, and audience engagement
- Lead and manage the creative team (graphic designers, video editors, content creators & live hosts), providing clear briefs and feedback to optimize content performance
- Ensure content quality (photo/video) aligns with brand identity and that content production is executed effectively from concept to final output
- Plan and execute monthly campaigns (e.g., double date campaigns, new product launches) while monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating content performance to achieve targets (views, engagement, followers)
