Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who can both think strategically and execute content daily. You will be responsible for growing WAHU’s presence on TikTok and Instagram, turning our mission into engaging, trend-driven content that drives awareness, app registrations, and community participation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategy
- Create and manage TikTok & Instagram Reels content
- Monitor trends and create relevant viral-style content
- Handle daily posting, scheduling, comments, and DMs
- Collaborate with internal teams, KOLs, and creators
- Track performance metrics and optimize content performance
- Support social media ads and campaign execution
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends and algorithms
- Experience creating short-form video content
- Able to shoot and edit content using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere
- Familiar with social media ads (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads)
- Creative, fast-moving, and execution-oriented
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English Nice to Have
- Experience with influencer/KOL campaigns
- Experience in startup or consumer brands
- Interest in sustainability or impact-driven brands
