Job description for Site Supervisor at Hilal & Partners
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
2. Ensure all works is executes according to project plans, drawings, and spesification
3. Supervise and manage workers, sub contractors, and internal multidicipline team
4. Monitor and control work quality, ensuring adherence to design and construction standards
5. Report any deviations, design changes, or issues to the Project Manager.
6. Maintain clear communication with project management, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
7. Prepare and submit daily reports documenting site activities, progress, and issues.
8. Create RAP
9. Have experience in Architecture & Interior Project
Requirements & Qualifications :
1. At least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Architecture, Interior Design or Civil Engineering .
2. Proficient in English
3. At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field.
4. Having knowledge in office system furniture will be advantage.
5. Strong personality and leadership to manage labors.
6. Target oriented mindset and strong logical conception.
