About the Role
Archestet Group Development is seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of villa and residential complex projects.
This position plays a key role in ensuring that all construction activities run smoothly, efficiently, and according to the project plan, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading on-site teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure all work is executed according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Supervise and manage workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel.
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to ensure effective and efficient team performance.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and promptly address any potential hazards or violations.
- Monitor and control work quality, ensuring adherence to design and construction standards.
- Report any deviations, design changes, or issues to the Project Manager.
- Maintain clear communication with project management, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit daily reports documenting site activities, progress, and issues.
- Manage and allocate site resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery and use of materials and equipment to avoid project delays.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges and collaborate with Project Managers to develop effective solutions.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling project budgets related to site operations.
Qualifications
- Based in Bali is preferred, and willing to work on-site in the Canggu area.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in villa, housing complex, or real estate construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and project procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act quickly and decisively on-site.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management software is an advantage.
