Job description for Site Management Project Manager at PT Joyowo Geo Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall Construction Project Management
Lead and oversee the entire construction management process of the project. Develop detailed construction schedules, quality control plans, and safety management programs based on the approved project design and construction plans. Ensure the project progresses according to established objectives and is completed and delivered on schedule.
2. Site Coordination and Supervision
Take full responsibility for the organization and coordination of all on-site construction activities. Coordinate with contractors, design consultants, supervision consultants, and relevant government authorities (such as construction, environmental, and fire safety departments).
Manage communication and coordination matters throughout the construction process. Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety performance.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical issues, quality deficiencies, and safety risks. Ensure all construction activities comply with approved designs, technical specifications, and applicable Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
3. Team Management and Cost Control
Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, Allocate tasks effectively and monitor workforce performance, Organize site training programs and safety briefings to improve team efficiency and safety awareness, Oversee project construction cost control, Review and approve progress payments, variation orders, and construction change requests, Optimize construction methods and execution plans to reduce costs while ensuring project objectives are achieved within budget.
4. Project Documentation and Reporting
Manage, organize, and maintain all construction-related project documentation, Ensure timely preparation and filing of: Daily construction logs
Progress reports Quality inspection reports, Other project-related records, Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with project handover requirements, Provide regular project updates to headquarters, including site conditions, construction progress, key challenges, and proposed solutions.
5. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all project activities comply with local construction laws, regulations, and industry standards, Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, Prevent non-compliant construction practices and ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in:
Civil Engineering
Construction Management
Project Management
Or other related disciplines.
Professional certifications such as:
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Construction Management certifications
Other relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in on-site management of:
Industrial buildings
Industrial parks
Large-scale real estate or construction projects
Experience in Indonesian projects will be an advantage.
Proven experience managing the full construction project lifecycle from planning through completion.
Experience leading or playing a key role in industrial park, factory, or other large-scale construction projects.
Ability to independently resolve complex site and construction-related issues.

Solid understanding of:
Construction technologies and methodologies
Construction regulations and standards

Willing to be stationed full-time at the project site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
