- Oversee the operations and appearance of the showroom (opening, closing, security, cleaning, merchandising, inventory).
- Manage customer experience at the showroom, providing test ride and exceptional customer service to visitors/customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through showroom operations and effectively product pitch.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to manage leads as well as customer complaints from the showroom.
- Work with the Marketing team for marketing activities at the showroom.
- Lead onboarding and training for new showroom staff.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Can think critically and extract signals from noises quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills.
- Superb organizing and operational skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Goals driven.
- Able to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Hi-tech, consumer goods or automotive industry experience is a plus.
