About the Role
Singaporean or PR only.
We're looking for a fast, social-first video editor to support our growing social media content team. You'll edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn — talking-head videos, event snippets, founder-led content, campaign cutdowns, testimonials, and other social-first formats.
You should be comfortable with quick turnarounds, platform-native editing styles, subtitles, text overlays, music, sound effects, and simple motion graphics. This role is for someone who understands that social editing isn't just about making videos look nice — it's about holding attention, improving clarity, and helping content perform.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as long as you have a strong portfolio of short-form social videos.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Create multiple cutdowns from raw footage.
• Add subtitles, hooks, text overlays, sound effects, music, transitions, and simple graphics.
• Adapt videos into different aspect ratios and formats.
• Work from briefs provided by the social media team.
• Suggest improvements to pacing, hooks, structure, and visual flow.
• Manage revisions efficiently and keep project files and footage organised.
• Support simple thumbnail or cover-frame creation where needed.
Requirements
• Fresh grads welcome, as long as you have a strong portfolio of short-form social videos.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social video pacing.
• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
• Able to edit quickly without sacrificing clarity.
• Good sense of rhythm, captions, hooks, and viewer retention.
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team.
Employment: Full-time / Contract, on-site in Singapore, SGD 2,000–3,000 per month.
