About Us
Bizkut is a Singapore-based cycling apparel brand that has been around since 2010. We create value-for-money cycling jerseys, shorts, bibs and accessories for everyday cyclists, beginners, and riders who want good quality without the intimidating “premium cycling brand” feel.
We are looking for a remote short-form video editor based in Indonesia to help us create TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee/Lazada videos, and product content.
This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content, fast pacing, subtitles, hooks, simple storytelling, and social media trends.

Work Arrangement
Remote
Preferably based in Jakarta, Indonesia
Communication through WhatsApp, Google Drive, pCloud and ClickUp/Notion.
Salary
SGD $600/month
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and other social platforms.
Your tasks include:
Editing raw video clips into engaging short-form videos
Adding clean subtitles and captions
Creating strong opening hooks
Cutting videos with good pacing and retention
Adding simple motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and music
Editing product videos for cycling jerseys, shorts, bibs, socks, and accessories
Editing founder talking-head videos
Editing factory/process/product explanation content
Creating simple thumbnail frames or cover images when needed
Following Bizkut’s brand style and tone
Organising edited files properly in Google Drive
Making revisions based on feedback

Requirements
Must be very fluent in English Language
Must be able to edit short-form videos for TikTok and Reels
Must be good with subtitles and text placement
Must understand pacing, hooks, and retention
Must be comfortable editing product and ecommerce videos
Must be able to follow reference videos and brand direction
Must be organised and able to meet deadlines
Must be open to feedback and revisions
Must have a good eye for clean, modern, social-media-friendly edits
Tools Needed - You should be comfortable using at least one of these:
CapCut
Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Canva
After Effects is a bonus, but not required
Bonus Skills
Experience editing TikTok/Reels for ecommerce brands
Experience with fashion, sportswear, cycling, outdoor, or fitness content
Can suggest video ideas or improve hooks
Can create simple motion graphics
Can edit in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Can understand Singapore/Malaysia-style content
Can work with AI voiceover or voice recordings
Expected Monthly Output
Around 20–30 short-form videos per month, depending on video complexity.
Most videos will be between 15–60 seconds.

fast enough but not messy

not too over-edited

Our brand is down-to-earth, honest, and non-elitist. We do not want edits that feel too flashy, fake, or overly “hard sell”.
