Job description for Shopee Operation Staff at PT Sun Ray Fix (Live Style)

Mengelola operasional harian toko Shopee.
Melakukan upload, update, dan optimasi produk (nama produk, deskripsi, kategori, atribut, foto, dan informasi lainnya).
Memastikan informasi produk dan tampilan toko lengkap serta sesuai standar.
Membantu pengelolaan promo dan campaign Shopee.
Melakukan monitoring performa produk dan toko.
Membuat laporan sederhana terkait performa toko.
Berkoordinasi terkait kebutuhan operasional toko.
Memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan performa toko.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi Bahasa Inggris dasar (minimal speaking) menjadi nilai tambah.

Requirement:

Memiliki pengalaman mengelola marketplace, terutama Shopee.
Memahami penggunaan Shopee Seller Center.
Terbiasa melakukan upload dan optimasi produk.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
Pengalaman di bidang e-commerce menjadi nilai tambah.
