The Store Crew / Shop Retail Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a welcoming and organized shopping environment for customers. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, managing cash transactions, maintaining store displays, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will also contribute to inventory management, restocking merchandise, and upholding the brand’s standards of service and presentation. This role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer engagement.
We are seeking a female candidate with an Associate Degree or equivalent education. Candidates should have between 1 and 3 years of experience in retail or a related field. Proficiency in cashier operations, customer service, store display, store operations, and store sales is essential.
