Job description for Shipping Executive at Grimm Industries Pte Ltd
1. Establish Shipping schedule,
2. Provide shipping instruction to factories / suppliers,
3. Work closely with customers, factories and forwarders to ensure shipment are carried out in a timely manner and in accordance to customer's instructions,
4. Prepare all shipping documents (BL, Invoice & Packing List, COO, Form S or Form E, if applicable) and issue to customers,
5. Verify invoice accuracy from factories before forwarding to management for payment arrangement,
6. Issue commercial invoice to customers,
7. Update customers on shipping schedule at customers' defined interval,
8. Prepare reports for account department and management as and when required,
9. Any other assignments as assigned by the management.
