Service Learning & Development Trainer

Saat ini PT Jasa Integritas Mandiri (JIM) sedang mencari kandidat untuk ditempatkan disalah satu klien kami di perusahaan logistik terkemuka sebagai Service Learning & Development Trainer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or training roles.
3. Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
4. Experience in training design and delivery.
5. Familiar with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; LMS is a plus.
6. Experience in training for customer care and partners is preferred.

REQUIREMENT

1. Design and deliver training programs (induction, upskilling, product knowledge, refreshment).
2. Manage and curate learning materials to support knowledge sharing.
3. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and FGDs (online & offline).
4. Engage with partners to ensure operational standards are well implemented.
5. Monitor program effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
