Job description for Service Leader at The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd
We are looking for a qualified Service Leader to supervise the activities of the team and ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
· Supervise the activities of the Servers, Café Associates and other team members.
· Ensure team members making quality food and beverages adhering to Company’s quality standard.
· Oversee day-to-day operation, ensure work schedule and shift are properly arranged.
· Ensure guidelines on hygiene, quality and food safety are followed.
· Resolve customer complaints and answer customer queries on pricing and menu items.
· Excellent knowledge of the products and provide effective guidance.
· Responsible and accurately handle cash and credit card payments adhering to Company cash handling procedures.
· Monitor stock levels and place orders for daily usage as required.
· Ensure store areas are clean at all time.
· Handle opening set up and closing reports.
Requirement
· Diploma/Higher Nitec/Degree
· At least 2 years working experience in F&B industry.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
