In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our store. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with their queries and needs, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Managing store displays and inventory to maintain an appealing and well-stocked environment.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.
- Assisting in store operations, including setting up and cleaning up after events or shifts.
- Contributing to store sales by promoting products and offering recommendations to customers.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- A Secondary School education level is required.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in roles involving cashier duties, customer service, store display, store operations, and store sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive work ethic.
