Job description for Service Ambassador at TWS Pte Ltd
TSH Corporation Limited specializes in offering and distributing the epitome of premium whiskies, cocktails, and spirits. Our portfolio includes eight unique concepts: Quaich Bar Collector, Quaich Bar Avant-garde, Quaich Bar Wanderlust, The Other Room, Signature Reserve, Capitol Cigar & Whisky Lounge, The Whisky Store, and Whisky Journey.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations in the dining area
- Set up and clear tables promptly and neatly before and after service
- Take customer orders accurately and input them into the Point of Sales (POS) system
- Promote standard menu beverages and upsell specialty drinks when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve beverages according to bar recipes and standards
- Ensure customer requests are met by coordinating closely with the team members
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Perform general food and beverage operational tasks as required
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and efficiently organised
- Stay attentive to customer needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate effectively with team members
- Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and work processes
- Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Prior F&B or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
- Attentive, friendly, and service-oriented
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
