Berpenampilan rapi, bersih, dan profesional

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai server/waiter, lebih disukai di restoran fine dining atau hotel bintang 4/5

Memahami standar service fine dining (table manner, sequence of service, wine service, dll.)

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan sopan kepada tamu

Mampu bekerja cepat, teliti, dan tetap tenang di bawah tekanan

Memahami basic food & beverage knowledge

Mampu menjelaskan menu dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada tamu

Memiliki attitude, hospitality, dan customer service yang baik

Dapat bekerja dalam sistem shift, weekend, dan hari libur

Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun team

Menguasai bahasa Inggris dasar hingga menengah menjadi nilai tambah
