As an SEO Specialist, you will explore the website and its metrics to help our clients achieve their objectives through SEO. It's more than increasing inbound organic traffic and search result rank. You have to be able to build a strong SEO strategy, conduct desktop research, and find the opportunity from potential keywords. You also will involve in taking ownership of client's campaigns including, reporting, presentation, and giving them recommendations to improve our SEO performance and conversions to their site.
a. Perform internal audits of own digital assets including current SEO Performance, current Keyword Performance, current Website Performance
b. Exercise competitor research to find out our positioning against competitors in search engine competitions
c. Do desktop research to see who the audience we want to target in our campaign
d. Documenting all research findings into documentation in the form of a deck that can be discussed with other division teams
e. Conduct an internal discussion with other division to determine the right SEO strategy
a. Develop SEO Strategy (On-Page & Off-Page *if necessary) that could increase the brand’s results ranking in SERP
b. Research keyword ideas and develop keywords planning to be targeted and implemented into our campaigns
a. Write compelling and high-quality website content, including copy for website and page meta tag (page title & meta description)
4. SEO Implementation (On-Page & Off-Page *if necessary)
a. Optimize new or existing content and landing page with focus keyword to be ranked on google search
b. Develop and implement link building strategy and other SEO efforts in order to achieve the client's business objective
c. Ensure the SEO implementation is well implemented and in accordance with our SEO standards
a. Monitor daily performance SEO metrics to understand the movement of any keyword & landing page
ii. Google Search Console (GSC)
b. Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop recommendations related to SEO
c. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings research.
d. Analyze data assets to be compiled into a report
a. Update content and website links for maximum optimization (On-Page) and search engine rankings
a. Develop weekly/bi-weekly/monthly data to be presented to other stakeholders
1. Min. 2 years experience in SEO campaigns
2. Have a good skill in desktop research to find some trends in search engine
3. Have a good understanding of technical SEO and Content Marketing best practices
4. Have in-depth knowledge of keyword research
5. Experience in using SEO tools like Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Heatmap Analytics
6. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
8. Understand SEO copywriting and serve as a liaison between various divisions
9. Have the ability to prioritize and develop relevant and engaging content
10. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
11. Strong project management skills.
