1. Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
3. Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
4. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
5. Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
6. Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
7. Experience with website optimization tools, WordPress or other content management systems
8. Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
9. Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
10. Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
11. Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
12. Strong organizational, time management, analytical skills and communication skills
13. Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing), Mandarin is a plus
1. Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
2. Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
3. Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
4. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
5. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
6. Writing effective and high quality SEO content for blogs, page description, websites, and social media accounts
7. Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines
8. Set measugsrable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
9. Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy in content creation and content programming
10. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
