We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who is eager and committed to make a difference in our products. As our UX Designer, you will be involved in projects directed at driving digital product design improvements and innovations that will improve the overall user experience. Responsibilities
- Research, ideation, design execution and user testing
- Conceptualise and prototype UI for both web and mobile platform, ensuring all interactions are easy, intuitive and user-friendly
- Work with the product team to develop and lead user research and testing. Ensure designs align with users’ needs
- Collaborate with product management and product development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented
- Compile test findings and create analysis reports
- Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts
- Collate user and stakeholder feedbacks and translate these findings into practical design insights/ solutions
- Designing style guides, user interfaces and experiences to be implemented across our iOS, Android and Web apps
- Constantly improving the aesthetic and interactivity of our existing mobile and web platform, keep updated on the latest UI/UX design patterns, ensuring all interactions are easy and intuitive
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of experience in design web/mobile products with track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in healthcare domain is preferred
- Proficient in prototyping/wireframing tools and the relevant visual design programmes/software (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Experience Design, Invision, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects,etc)
- Working knowledge and experience with mobile and web interaction design standards and technologies. (Android, IOS, HTML5, etc)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Takes initiative, great team player, open to feedback and swift in picking up new concepts and skills
