MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Coordinate with Security, Safety, Health and Environment (SSHE) team and take lead related building work for below task:
• Manage Consultant to make design comply with safety design standards
• Understand, cooperate with SSHE team and implement site SSHE management system (strategy and toolbox)
• Check Method statement, evaluate risk, check and sign off work permit, make sure work will carry according to approval
• Ensure safety on the construction site: oversee safety committee site, implement SSHE strategy, cross-check method
statements, daily safety observations, cooperate with other people (3rd party, internal teams) on workplace safety.
2. Conceptual study phase: take lead for below task:
• Develop relevant sections of project concept
• Review building cost estimate
• Prepare preliminary project timing (for whole project integrating all areas)
3. Design phase: take lead for below task:
• Develop building User Requirements Specification (URS) and room book
• Prepare and submit application(s) for statutory approvals
• Define site supervision organization
• Develop building construction schedule
• Prepare construction site: Project Office, Temporary site (Project Office, Workshop, Canteen, Locker, Temporary connection to industrial zone, Washing bay...)
• Set up visual management board for building stream
4. Implementation phase: take lead for building construction activities:
• Monitor and manage construction of buildings and site infrastructure in accordance with the project timing, budget and quality standards
• Ensure clear lines of communication and flows of information and perform temporary handover of building for equipment installation
• Risk Analysis, Evaluation and Management
• Ensure correct sequence of works to enable quality execution (Do right things at the first time)
• Ensure that the site and all facilities are presented in good housekeeping, orderly and professional manner at all times
5. Start-up phase:
• Close-out all remaining works and defects and have no impact to operation and start up
• Prepare project handover documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals, maintenance plans)
• Organize training factory team for operation and maintenance of building systems
6. Other: Control of project budget (monthly cash-flow, CAPEX reports etc.)
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• At least 3 years experience in projects development and implementation in food industry. At least 10 years experience for factory project from design and construction phase in general
• At least Bachelor degree in civil construction or related majors
• Minimum 5 years in construction management for factory project, F&B project in advance. Construction project size about 5mio USD, more involve in construction management
• Good knowledge of building structure and finishing work (Civil, Structure, Architect), Projects Management and Planning, ability to understand and apply complex technical specifications, standards, and procedures
• Knowledge of basic electrical construction (basic conduit, supports, boxes), mechanical construction (pumps, valves, piping), HVAC system
• Very good at Risk analysis, Evaluation and management, Financial and budget analysis and tracking, Managing stakeholders
• Experience in coordinating the work of consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project team members as part of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
