Requirements :
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and audience growth
- Up-to-date with current social media trends, especially Instagram & TikTok
- Strong skills in copywriting, caption writing, and script writing
- Creative, proactive, highly initiative, and able to work independently
- Familiar with social media analytics and content performance evaluation
- Comfortable involved in content production process
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to Work From Office (WFO) in West Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and manage day-to-day social media content
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand identity and goals
- Research and implement social media trends into content strategy
- Write captions, hooks, and scripts for content
- Manage social media platforms to improve engagement and audience growth
- Monitor content performance and provide content insights
- Ensure all content maintains brand consistency
