Job Description
· Report to Regional Manager
· Build on existing hospitality and contract businesses. Retain existing accounts and develop new accounts in assigned market segment
· Identify and effectively pursue relevant business opportunities
· Meet or exceed sales targets with excellent customer services & market insights
· Put sales plan into action
· Collaborate with team members to deliver effective and efficient solutions for clients
· Demonstrate professional know-how and market sense
· Establish long-term partnerships with potential industry stake-holders, partners and clients
· Degree with minimum 3 years of sales experience in related field preferred
· Prior experience in B2B sales in the hospitality segment will be an advantage
· Possess strong sales technique and sound financial sense
· Knowledgeable in textile, interior design, or home furnishings is a plus but not mandatory
· Mature, self motivated and results oriented
· Positive, energetic and out-going, possess of strong can-do attitude and able to work independently
· Eager to gain expert knowledge of the product, the market and customers
· With strong commitment and passion to satisfy and exceed customer expectations
· Excellent team player and relationship builder with client
· Good people management and development skill
· Strong communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin to establish long-term partnerships with English and Mandarin speaking potential industry stake-holders, partners and clients.
