Job description for Senior Sales Corporate (B2B) at Pt Amber Solusi Internasional

Client kami saat ini sedang mencari Sales Corporate B2B yang ambisius untuk product Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG):

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Pencapaian Target Penjualan: Mencapai target revenue dan volume penjualan secara konsisten setiap bulan
  • Akuisisi Pelanggan Baru (New Open Outlet/NOO): Secara aktif mencari dan membuka akun/toko baru (General Trade seperti toko kelontong besar atau Modern Trade lokal) untuk memperluas cakupan pasar.
  • Manajemen Area & Rute: Menyusun Call Plan rutin untuk kunjungan lapangan, memantau ketersediaan stok di lapangan, serta memastikan produk tidak mengalami kekosongan (Out of Stock).
  • Hubungan Pelanggan: Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemilik toko atau purchasing manager guna mengamankan pesanan (PO) dan ruang display tambahan
  • Edukasi Produk: Melakukan presentasi produk dan memperkenalkan keunggulan produk Perusahaan
  • Administrasi: Mengelola proses administrasi penjualan meliputi Purchase Order (PO), Kontrak kerja sama, dan Follow up pembayaran
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (logistik, produksi, finance, marketing)
  • Pelaporan Pasar: Memberikan laporan harian mengenai aktivitas penjualan, memantau pergerakan harga kompetitor, serta tren pasar di area masing-masing.

Kualifikasi:

  • Ambisius
  • Siap lari sprint, fokus pada target penjualan.
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Sales B2B / Key Account / Business Development, diutamakan di Perusahaan FMCG.
  • Memiliki jaringan di sektor Horeca / Food Service dan Distributor / Retail menjadi nilai tambah)
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM aktif (C/B1/A)
  • Bersedia untuk bertugas keluar kota jika dibutuhkan
