Job description
Responsibilities :
Plan & Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication internal teams
Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc).
Prepare & distribute presentations and press release
Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
Organizing and attending promotional PR events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
Address inquiries from the media and other parties
Track and analyze media coverage and follow industry trends
Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research
Liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff about budgets,timescales and objectives
Building positive relationships with stakeholder, media and the public
Prepare and submit PR reports
Manage PR issues
Requirements :
Proven experiences as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
Strong and excellent communication ability (oral and written)
Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and social media
Background in researching, writing, and editting publications
Initiative
Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
Awareness of different media agendas
Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
Creativity and problem solving aptitude
Ability to work well under pressure
Bachelor degree in Public Relation, Marketing, Communication and any related field with GPA>3.00
Must have skills
