What Exactly Will You Be Doing?
You will be responsible for re-selling English 1 courses and generating referrals by building long-term relationships with customers, timely communication about students' study progress, resolving emergent concerns or questions, and ensuring that customers' needs are met.
- Building trust relationships with students and their parents
- Re-selling core courses to customers
- Daily communication with customers about their concerns and questions
- Generating referrals
- Updating customers on students' progress, assigned homework, and covering in class
- Consistently informing customers about all necessary information and changes.
- Preparing and delivering parent-facing events following the suggested framework
- Recording all the necessary group-, student- and parent-management operations using a CRM system.
- Observing lessons to understand students' performance better, sharing with their parents

- Bachelor's degree in Education or English majors are preferred with Min. GPA 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Experience working in the hospitality/customer service industry (minimum for two years)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent with a Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- At least 2 Years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
