Job description for Senior Performance Marketer at PT Zeha Internasional Abadi
Role Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and highly experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead our paid media strategy and execution. With over 7 years of expertise, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end performance campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, and major E-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can optimize budgets to achieve high ROI/ROAS and possesses a deep technical understanding of ad sets, CPAS, and keyword bidding.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
- E-commerce Specialist: Hands-on management of marketplace advertising (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and implementing CPAS (Collaborative Ads) to drive direct conversions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative rotations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop keyword strategies and funnel-based marketing plans to capture and convert high-intent users.
- Data Analysis: Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, offering actionable insights and data-backed recommendations for scaling.
- Budget Oversight: Manage significant ad spends across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business KPIs and growth targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Marketplace Expertise: Deep experience in setting up and managing ads within Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Seller Center.
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in running CPAS and Keyword Ads with a focus on conversion and ROI.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, use Google Analytics, and translate numbers into growth strategies.
- Tools: Familiarity with tracking pixels, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and attribution modeling.
- Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently in a fully remote environment.
Our probation period is 3 months. However, we conduct monthly evaluations. If the performance or attitude does not meet the company's standards during the 1st or 2nd month, the company reserves the right to terminate the probation immediately without waiting for the full 3 months.
