Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a dynamic and organised (Senior) Logistics Executive to supercharge our shipping and fulfilment operations across the APAC region, excluding China. Reporting to the GM, APAC (ex China), you will collaborate closely with our Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure our unique phygital collectibles reach fans across APAC smoothly. Your primary objective will be managing regional freight movements, tracking inventory, and partnering with our 3PL providers to keep our supply chain running beautifully.

Responsibilities

Regional Freight and Shipment Coordination

  • Coordinate and track day-to-day inbound and outbound international shipments across the APAC region to ensure the timely delivery of our collectibles.
  • Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, customs declarations, and clearance paperwork to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor shipment statuses proactively, resolving transit delays and customs issues to maintain smooth operations.

Inventory and Warehouse Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across regional storage facilities by closely monitoring stock movements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to support demand forecasting and align stock levels with upcoming product launches.
  • Perform regular stock reconciliations and database updates to minimise discrepancies and support the inventory budgeting process.

Vendor and 3PL Management

  • Oversee daily operations with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers to ensure service level targets are consistently met.
  • Monitor vendor compliance and performance against established metrics to drive operational excellence.
  • Assist in evaluating freight options and identifying cost-saving initiatives across the regional distribution network.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in moving consumer goods across APAC preferred.
  • Experience working within consumer products, retail, or e-commerce distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with coordinating international freight movements, shipping documentation, and cross-border customs regulations.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms.
  • Strong capability in managing daily operations and tracking performance metrics with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, inventory planning, and reporting tracking.
  • Hands-on experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with Microsoft Dynamics being a fantastic bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with regional cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset to navigate transit exceptions and keep our supply chain moving smoothly under deadlines.
