Job description for Senior Legal Manager at PT Aktif Energi Indonesia
Contract Management:
Draft, review, and revise a wide range of commercial contracts and other legal documents
to ensure compliance with applicable laws and the Company’s internal policies.
Legal Advisory:
Provide legal advice and opinions related to the Company’s business operations, including
but not limited to Indonesian Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law.
Regulatory Monitoring and Compliance:
Monitor and analyze new or amended laws and regulations; assess their potential impact on the business and provide clear recommendations to relevant internal departments.
Legal Research:
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions to ensure the Company complies with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to Personal Data Protection and Food & Beverage regulations in Indonesia.
Corporate Governance:
Coordinate and manage legal aspects of the Company’s shareholder meetings, ensuring all legal requirements are fulfilled.
Licensing and Regulatory Approvals:
Collaborate with relevant departments to secure all necessary licenses and permits required for the Company’s operations.
BPOM (National Agency of Drug and Food Control) Licensing:
Possess a solid understanding of the BPOM licensing process and ensure all related regulatory requirements are met.
General Legal Support:
Perform other legal tasks and assignments as required to support the Company’s legal and compliance functions.
