Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior KOL Specialist based in Indonesia to manage influencer, affiliate, and creator marketing activities for the Malaysia market.
The role is responsible for sourcing suitable KOLs, managing campaigns, building creator relationships, and driving brand awareness and sales for beauty and fashion products.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute KOL and influencer campaigns for the Malaysia market.
* Source and recruit Malaysian beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and affiliate creators.
* Manage KOL communication, negotiation, content briefing, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables.
* Coordinate product seeding, samples, campaign links, vouchers, and promotional information.
* Manage TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, Instagram, and other social-media collaborations.
* Review creator content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
* Track campaign performance, including views, engagement, GMV, orders, conversion, and ROI.
* Build and maintain a database of Malaysian KOLs, affiliates, agencies, and talent managers.
* Identify high-performing creators for long-term or repeat collaborations.
* Guide junior team members and improve KOL campaign processes.
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing.
* Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce is preferred.
* Strong understanding of the Malaysia influencer and social-commerce market.
* Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Shopee, and affiliate programmes.
* Strong communication, negotiation, campaign management, and reporting skills.
* Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency will be an added advantage.
* Able to manage multiple campaigns and work independently from Indonesia.
Key Performance Indicators
* Number and quality of KOLs recruited.
* Creator activation and content completion rate.
* Campaign views, engagement, GMV, orders, and conversion.
* Campaign ROI and budget efficiency.
* Growth of the Malaysia KOL and affiliate network.
