As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Vietnam. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakesholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of ecommerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.
Responsibilities:
● Grow account NMV and revenue
● Build strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts
● Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands
● Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals
● Manage x-functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store mgmt, Operations, Chat)
● Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met
● Collaborate on onboarding and growth plans for new brands
● Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting
● Work together with Intrepid leadership to ensure account retention and growth
● Coach and develop junior team members
Who we look for – the ideal profile:
● University degree
● Fluent in Vietnamese, proficient in English
● Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada/Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
● Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible and collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
● Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
● Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual and monthly activation plans
● Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
● Analytical skills to analyse data and make performance improvement suggestions
● Project management experience
● Good excel and powerpoint skills
