Job description for Senior IT Project Manager at Geekgarden
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale enterprise distribution and sales management platform.
- Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including System Analysts, Developers, and Client stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and implementation activities are completed on schedule.
- Drive requirement alignment, issue resolution, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and communication between business and technical teams.
- Ensure successful deployment, user acceptance, and project handover.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 2 years leading enterprise software projects.
- Experience in FMCG, Distribution Management System (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), or Trade Promotion Management projects is highly preferred
- Proven experience managing large-scale business applications, ERP, DMS, CRM, or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple teams, vendors, and project streams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
