Job description for Senior HR & GA at PT. Kalinda Sukses Abadi
PT. Kalinda Sukses Abadi is a system integrator for electrical systems looking for new HRD to be placed at head quarter, Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
I. Purpose of the job
- HRD to oversee all aspects of human resources practices, processes and etc.
II. Job responsibility:
- Create and present quarterly HRGA strategic plan to superior and implementation.
- Lead end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
- Created employe development program plan and employe review schedule plan.
- Handled employee administration, including employment contracts, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Managed payroll administration, BPJS management, PPh 21 and ensured compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Managed company assets, inventory, and procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and proper documentation.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and create nurture a positive working environment.
III. Essential Professional Experience:
- Min 2 years of experience in an HRD role preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
IV. Skill:
- Have good microsoft office skill a specially with excel.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
V. Qualification:
- Maximum ages 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Psycology
- Managerial Skill
- Experience with BPJS
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
