As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services that meet the unique needs of each client. Your key duties will include performing comprehensive consultations to understand client preferences, executing precise haircuts, and applying advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, and straightening treatments. You will also manage the application of perming solutions and anti-frizz treatments, recommend appropriate hair products, and ensure that every service upholds the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
We welcome applications from candidates who hold a Diploma in a relevant field and possess between five and ten years of professional experience in the industry. To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate proficiency in core skills including hairstyling, haircutting, hair coloring, and the use of various hair products. Familiarity with specialized techniques such as balayage, highlights, perming, straightening, and anti-frizz treatments is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to staying current with industry trends.
