Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and experience in creating compelling and high-quality visual designs for diverse audiences across Indonesia, Australia, and Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring both creative vision and strategic thinking, with the ability to adapt designs for multi-market contexts while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development
- Conceptualize and execute visual designs across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Translate brand guidelines into engaging creative assets tailored for different markets.
- Develop campaign materials, social media creatives, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Market-Specific Adaptation
- Ensure designs resonate with market nuances for Indonesia, Australia, and Singapore.
- Research visual trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in each market.
- Localize global campaigns while maintaining brand integrity.
- Quality Control and Brand Consistency
- Uphold brand identity and ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
- Review, refine, and give feedback on design drafts.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, preferably with exposure to multinational or regional projects.
- 5 years of Digital Agency experience
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience in UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Motion graphics and video editing experience is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
- Adaptability to work across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Regional Knowledge
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities and consumer preferences in Indonesia, Australia, and Singapore.
- Ability to design for multilingual audiences (Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin is a plus).
