Job description

Responsibility
Define and manage Engineering Roadmap
Provide the best insights and strategy to direct lead
Help and give guidance for the team.
Managing team and work together with Product Team to prioritizing Backlog and Tech debt
Managing the team and maintaining the turn over.Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
Implementation of security and data protection
Design and implementation of scalable Backend services
Required Skills
Min. 5 years maintaining Front end   in Production
Min. 3 years developing Front end   with component based framework such as React, Vue
Experience with Cross Platform (Hybrid   like electron) will be a plus
Familiar with : webpack, CI/CD, Technical docs, SCRUM method development process
