Job description for Senior Data Analyst at ilmuOne Data
This position is a mid-to-senior role, where you will directly report to the Analytics Manager, and Client Solutions Director & manage the day-to-day operations of our data analytics team.
Work Responsibilities:
- Initiate, plan & supervise the execution of analytics projects, to ensure the delivery of accurate & relevant insights for our clients
- Lead meaningful discussions with clients, ranging from executors to C-levels, to ensure that insights become data-driven action plans
- Provide leadership & mentorship for a team of data analysts, to ensure that their value would be greater than the sum of their parts
- Document & communicate the progress of analytics projects, to ensure that internal stakeholders (including but not limited to: Analytics Manager, Client Solutions Manager, and Business Development) stay updated
- Coordinate with internal counterparts, including but not limited to Data Scientists and Product Engineers, ensuring smooth execution of cross-divisional projects
- Assist in internal Business Development process, which includes, but is not limited to identifying possible scopes for potential & existing clients
- Assist in Client & Vendor Relationship Management

Experience
- You have at least 1 year of experience leading & mentoring a team in analytics, business intelligence, or similar fields
- You have at least 2 years of additional experience in an execution role in analytics, business intelligence, or similar fields
Domain Knowledge
- You know how to gather relevant & accurate insights from data, preferably from Google Analytics and/or Appsflyer
- You know how to efficiently communicate ideas using your presentation, writing & data visualization skills
- You have an understanding of how SQL can be used as a tool, not just how to write code
- You have an understanding of at least two out of the following three fields:
- Performance Marketing
- Growth & Strategy
- Data Science Application for Business
