Job description for Senior Customer Success Manager at Glints Taiwan

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Business Development team, to help us build strong business relationships with our clients and provide them with quality service in Taiwan.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be maintaining great relationships with our existing clients and providing them with the Talent Hunt/Hub service they need. Using your outstanding account management skills, you will be engaged with our clients to achieve jobs signed.
In this role, you will:
- Sign new jobs/ quarter from existing clients
- Identify Key Account for Glints Taiwan TalentHunt / TalentHub with the highest liquidity to focus on
- Work closely with the Glints HK/TW growth team to provide local market insights for Glints Taiwan growth initiatives
- Build sustainable refarming engine for Glints TW to achieve refarming rate of signed company
