Job description for Senior Customer Service and CRM Executive at Infinix Hospitality Management Pte. Ltd.
We are seeking to hire a Senior Customer Service and CRM Executive who will be responsible of managing and provide training for our three Customer Service Virtual Assistants (VA) based in Philippines.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategically lead the operational virtual customer service team to enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance measures.
- Oversee the customer service team to review procedures, set KPIs and ensure the delivery of high levels of customer service experience.
- Responsible for service quality assessment including monitoring the responses of the VAs to determine any critical service failure point.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to review promotional activities and push for additional sales with the customers and where applicable, close the sales.
- Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by Management
What You’ll Need:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field with minimum 3 to 5 years in experience in Customer service or Booking Engine and CRM System.
- Excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Customer Service Management System and workflow is preferred.
- Experience in Booking Engine and CRM System is an added advantage.
- Independent and requires minimum supervision.
