Job description for SENIOR CREATIVE COPYWRITER at WEALLNET
- Solve business problems through strategies and ideas that change behaviours and open disruptive opportunities (products, movements and campaigns) for the brand.
- Deliver world-class, digital-first comms – scripts, content, ads, BIG THROUGH THE LINE IDEAS etc.. you are proficient with both short copy and long copy that are a referent for both, the audience and the industry.
- You understand the consumer journey and understand implicitly the steps customers go through to engage with your brand successfully.
- You are a storyteller/story-seller and deeply understand the ongoing relationship between the brand and its members/fans and evolving this through both reactive and proactive activities and content.
- You need to be digitally savvy and on-trend, understanding what is dynamic out there
- You must be bi-lingual – excel in both in your native Vietnamese tongue and speak decent English too.
- You must be able to handle a high-pressure, high volume workload
- You have a knack for digital thinking and constantly research tech trends, demonstrated by your development experience
- You have knowledge in providing quick ballparks and accurate estimates, clearly defining the scope and underlying assumptions
- As a start-up company we expect you to go above and beyond what is required on the JD. Be proactive and embrace challenges as opportunities. There may times occasionally where you may be asked to stay back or come in on weekends
- You have a warm positive attitude and don’t mind mentoring and motivating juniors/interns.
- Good people skills for the difficult moments as well as the easy ones.
- You have proven tech-savvy skills.
- You have proven understanding of our business or very similar ones.
- You can often foresee upcoming issues and can discuss fairly with your manager.
- You are unfazed by a little pressure and enjoy the energy of a team.
