Job description for Senior Content Manager at Sure Boh
We're looking for a highly driven and motivated Content Manager for our company. Responsibilities
Content Management:
• Plan, create and oversee the production of various content and marketing materials for our channels. Our key platform is www.facebook.com/sureboh.sg;
• Manage and govern content quality for our websites and other social media channels.
• Create content quality SOPs (text, images, formatting etc.)
• Recruit, brief and manage vendors or contract staff to support content management, including creative team, designers, content production and translation efforts
• Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters, production team and designers to ensure that brand identity and program objectives are adhered to
• Ensure content created is accurate and error-free
• Highly creative, strong fashion sense with an eye for aesthetic standards, meticulous and adventurous, high personal standard
• Examine competitors and adjacent industries to identify key innovations (rich media, storytelling, blogging etc.), adapt and implement them in
• Work closely with the Partnership Development teams to jointly create and manage content that is aligned with local and global objectives and initiatives.
• Regularly raise awareness and train on the availability of content to drive adoption by the broader organization, including service delivery
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Project Management:
• Prepare comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals
• Create and maintain schedule and calendar plans for content releases
• Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and content strategies
• Research markets and industries to compare strategies; maintain awareness of current and trending market, client and customer needs
• Continuously assess and report on the results of the project and implement improvements necessary.
• Involved in the producing aspects on all levels of content creation from pre-production to post-production.
• Familiar with working with creative and production suppliers/ vendors/ freelancers
• Familiar with working with local/ overseas production crews/ directors
• Able to work independently with limited supervision and communicate up, down and laterally to project stakeholders within the agency
Requirements
• 5+ years related job experience with content & marketing management.
• Strong grasp of current marketing and consumer trends for entertainment
• Experience with digital, social media and customer lifecycle marketing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication, or at least 5 years job-related job experience
The suitable candidate should be a committed team player who is a self-starter and can multitask and work under pressure.
