Job Description:
As a Senior Content Creator, you will be the creative engine behind our digital presence and play a strategic role in shaping content direction and brand storytelling. You will lead the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to publication, while mentoring junior creators and ensuring content quality and consistency across platforms. This position is Contract Based and located in Pluit, Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing and brand objectives
- Lead content ideation and provide creative direction for video and static content
- Script, film, edit, and review high-quality video content and visual assets
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual standards across all content
- Craft compelling captions, hooks, and scripts that drive engagement and conversions
- Monitor social media trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide strategic insights for optimization
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and social media teams
- Guide and mentor junior content creators when required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- Minimum education background SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Portfolio or samples of previous video editing and content work are mandatory
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content best practices
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual composition skills
- Ability to translate brand objectives into engaging content strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed at our office in Pluit, Penjaringan, North Jakarta
