JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop, execute and optimize digital & offline campaigns via paid search/AdWords, display/retargeting, paid social advertising, and across all channels.
- Lead the execution of paid acquisition marketing programs to acquire quality leads
- Execute rapid deployment of online & offline campaigns based on the needs of each business
- Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages and targeting segmentation
- Manage creation of campaign landing pages, banners, and other digital & offline marketing assets as needed
- Assist with evaluating and implementing the right analytics platform for the business and leader to enable end-to-end tracking for marketing efforts to conversion
- Collaborate closely with related parties to evaluate conversion funnel effectiveness.
- Assist the data team with full systems integration such as Google Analytics, etc
- Measure analyze and report on the impact paid marketing campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, especially as Campaign Specialist from Agency or eCommerce
- Min. Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Hands-on experience managing B2C campaigns
- Direct experience managing paid search through Google AdWords & Bing Ads.
- Familiarity working with Google online marketing SaaS products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DFA, etc.).
- Experience with keyword research, competitive insights, and other analytics tools, such as SEMrush, etc
- Experience in application of landing pages best practices and CRO.
- Google AdWords certification a plus
