Job Description:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Barista to join our team!
You’ll be responsible for ensuring coffee quality, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the team in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve espresso-based and manual brew beverages
* Maintain coffee quality and consistency following RO3ST’s standards
* Supervise and train junior baristas
* Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness of the bar area
* Work closely with the Head Barista and Operations team
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 years of experience as a Barista (experience in specialty coffee is a plus)
* Strong knowledge of espresso, V60/manual brew, and coffee cupping
* Able to brew and familiar with V60 and other manual brewing methods
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Able to work under pressure and in shifts
* Passionate about coffee and continuous learning
