Job description for Senior Bakery at Cooler City (PT Hakata Asia Indonesia)

Kualifikasi :

* Pendidikan minimal D3 Tata Boga, Pastry & Bakery, atau jurusan terkait.

* Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Bakery Staff

* Menguasai proses pembuatan roti, cake, pastry, atau bakery product lainnya

* Memahami penggunaan mesin dan peralatan bakery

* Memiliki kemampuan basic costing dan standar recipe menjadi nilai tambah

* Memiliki kreativitas serta ketertarikan dalam pengembangan produk bakery

* Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.

Tanggung Jawab :

* Melakukan proses produksi bakery sesuai SOP dan standar perusahaan

* Memastikan kualitas rasa, tekstur, tampilan, dan konsistensi produk tetap terjaga

* Menyiapkan bahan baku dan memastikan penggunaan bahan sesuai standar recipe

* Mengoperasikan serta menjaga kebersihan peralatan dan area produksi

* Mengontrol hasil produksi agar sesuai dengan target dan timeline

* Melakukan pengecekan stok bahan baku dan melaporkan kebutuhan produksi

* Menjadi trainer dalam proses onboarding dan pengembangan skill tim produksi

* Memberikan ide atau masukan terkait inovasi menu dan pengembangan produk baru

* Memastikan penerapan hygiene, sanitasi, dan food safety berjalan dengan baik
