About the role
Hibra Consulting is seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join our dynamic Legal team in our central Jakarta office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, strategic legal services to our diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements and legal instruments
- Advising on corporate and regulatory matters relating to our clients' strategic initiatives
- Supporting investments, tenders and other business development opportunities
- Ensuring our clients operate in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Mentoring and guiding more junior members of the legal team
What we're looking for
- minum 7+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
- Substantial expertise across a range of commercial legal practice areas, including contracts, M&A, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to both operational staff and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior legal counsel (desirable)
