Role
You will develop good relationship with clients to ensure client success and satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication between clients and internal team
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients to increase customer lifetime value
- Ensure all projects delivered on time, on scope, and on budget
- Acquire new clients while promoting our brand to target customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT, Communication, or other majors with relevant knowledge
- Experienced in sales, marketing, client service
- Proven working experience in project management
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing and technology development
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
