Job description for SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE at Maido Agency
- Seeking out new customers and partnering with existing ones by offering a variety of solutions to improve their business and take exceptional care of your clients.
- Achieving monthly activities and revenue goals.
- Developing new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and meet budget guidelines.
- Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers.
- Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
- Overseeing a team of account executives to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
- Negotiate contracts and close the agreements
- Get feedback and recommend approaches to increase customer engagement
- Proven experience working as a senior account executive at least 2-5 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or related field.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
