Job description for Seller Acquisition at Pt Beaute Haul Indonesia
Job Descriptions:
- Searching new leads for new potential online sales partner (stockist, dropshipper, etc)
- Onboard and incubate resellers until they make their first transaction
- Conducting all marketing seller program (webinar, business consultation, education on new product, new reseller education)
- Actively reaching the reseller to solve any problem or potential problem (focus on maintaining reseller growth)
- Managing operations for the whole reseller system (cashback, broadcast, new product listing, creating/renew SOP)
Requirements:
- Excellent sales skill, persuasive, good communication
- Have 1+ year experience in E-commerce/B2B Business as Seller Acquisition
- Strong team player, can handle pressure and handle complaints
- Briefly know e-commerce tools
- Good critical thinking and problem solving ability (very important)
- Willing to work WFO (Our office is located at Blugreen Integrated Office, Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
- Target oriented
- Able to join ASAP
