The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. This role ensures a secure environment by conducting routine patrols, monitoring activities, responding to incidents, and enforcing company safety procedures. The Security Guard is expected to uphold professionalism, vigilance, and integrity at all times.

Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and secure all entry and exit points of the property.
● Conduct routine patrols in designated areas to ensure safety and detect any irregularities.
● Oversee CCTV surveillance and report any suspicious activities immediately.
● Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or security-related concerns.
● Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and company assets at all times.
● Maintain detailed security logs, reports, and incident documentation.
● Assist in crowd control during busy periods or special events.
● Enforce company rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
● Provide assistance and support during evacuation or emergency response situations.
● Coordinate with the Engineering or Management team for any safety hazards.
● Perform bag checks or access control procedures when required.
● Maintain a professional appearance and customer-friendly approach.
Job Requirements
1. Physically and mentally fit (Sehat jasmani dan rohani).
2. Relevant experience in security, safety, or related fields.
3. Good physical posture and fitness, suitable for patrol and active duties.
4. Willing to be assigned to Uluwatu.
5. Basic self-defense skills are an advantage.
6. Basic English communication skills.
7. Able to join immediately or as soon as possible.
8. Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and vigilance.
9. Ability to remain calm and act quickly during emergencies.
